The house is built for luxurious inside / outside entertaining - In the outdoor you'll find lots of decking for lounging, refreshing pool, 8 person hot tub, big lawn to play sports on, big grill, dining table that sits 10, an additional picnic table that sits 8, outdoor shower, and surfboard racks.
Inside there is a chef's kitchen, two living rooms, dining room that sits 10, and a wood paneled powder room / half bath on the main level.
The main living room has a projector that is connected to apple TV so you can watch movies on the entire wall. It also has a fireplace for the fall and winter.
