Summary: Our stay at the Hotel Felmis was astounding! Check in was easy and Ivo was so helpful. He gave us excellent advice on buses (stops right outside the hotel), where to go and what to see. The hotel rooms was spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. Everything was spotless! The restaurant—ah the restaurant! We had the best meal of our entire trip! Everything was absolutely delicious and served with a flair and at the proper temperature. Hot food stayed hot, too! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in a beautiful setting with a magnificent view of Mt. Pilatus. With the bus stop so convenient, we could get to the Lucerne city center with no problem at all! We wish we could have stayed longer and will hope to come back again. We felt like family!
