Summary: The young man that checked me in gave us a worst room on the third floor without a balcony looking out on the dirty roof; I prepaid for the room with an ocean view; the pictures showed a balcony. When I came back asking, about discrepancy he told me that I have to pay an extra $30 to be upgraded. The hotel was half empty and there are only a few rooms that do not have a balcony. Very unhappy with check in. The breakfast was bad, eggs benedict came with salad dressing instead hollandaise, ham was very salty - never had such bad breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the view is beautiful, but overall experience was not good. Such a shame!
