The home features: (first floor) formal living room, ½ bath with easy access from the pool, dining room with seating for 10 and a wood burning fireplace, large family room overlooking the heated pool, great side porch and a well-appointed kitchen that is fully stocked including: gas stove, large refrigerator, electric oven, wine refrigerator, dishwasher, expresso machine and more (second floor) primary en suite king bedroom, 3 additional bedrooms (2 bedrooms have a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full size bed) and a guest bath with stand up shower. (Outside) heated salt water pool, gas grill with direct propane connection, dining table with seating for 10 and large umbrella covering the full dining table, four lounge chairs and mature flowering garden. This home is less than a five minute walk to the jitney, train station and the center of Greenport Village where you will find many dining and shopping options. For beach goers, there are three bay beaches within a 3 minute walk. Laundry is located in the basemen with interior access. Also in the basement renter will access to: additional dining place settings, serving platters, vases and table decor. The rental also comes with two bikes stored in the garage.
