A one bedroom apartment on ground level in our home on the north side of Fort Collins. It has its own entrance with full kitchen, laundry room, one bath and one bedroom and nice sized living room. This space has been completely redone with all new furnishings, linens and flooring. We have one bathroom and a nook off of the kitchen and a desk area. Unit has oneTV's with cable and internet service. We have an outdoor grill and patio for your use and relaxation. Long Pond is just outside the back door. Our unit is perfect for two people. NO pets and a NO smoking unit. We DO NOT have AC, this unit is pretty cool with breeze off the lake. Usually never needed.
