Newly renovated home in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood just steps away from the association beach on Narrow River. 2 Kayaks are included along with a backyard swing-set and large soccer net. The home sits on a double lot which offers lots of outdoor space for dining, play and relaxation. An enclosed outdoor shower is available to rinse off sand after a day at the beach. The home is comfortably and tastefully furnished with modern touches and offers three sitting area options (living room, sunroom, and side entryway), a bright sunny dinning room off of the newly updated kitchen, and three spacious sized bedrooms. The home is a quick 10 minute drive to the Narraganset town beach and the Pier, and approximately 15 minutes to Scarborough and Sand Hill Cove Beach and Galilee seaport. The URI bay campus is a short 4 minute drive and offers a nice quiet little family fun beach with many tide pools and calm waters for swimming with a beautiful lighthouse view. Central air is installed throughout the main house with the exception of the sunroom, which is cooled with a wall mounted ductless mini split.

Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum, and a four-night minimum in early June. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Friday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Friday. Commercially laundered linens packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This included linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. The listed cleaning/linen charge is for one week. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional weekly linen charge and an additional $25 cleaning charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit.
