Enjoy three full bathrooms, including a master suite with a gorgeous walk-in shower and a relaxing Jacuzzi tub (jets deactivated for soaking). The master also boasts a large walk-in closet.

Upstairs, there's a well-equipped home gym for fitness enthusiasts. Please note that using the gym equipment is at your own risk; we are not liable for any injuries. It is recommended to use the equipment under supervision and to ensure you know how to operate it safely. There's also an office space on the second floor as well as an entertainment area equipped with a pool table. The third bathroom and the third bedroom are also located on the second floor.
The house is equipped with central air conditioning, a two-car garage, and ample driveway parking. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower and a new washing machine and dryer. We provide linens, towels, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Guests have full access to the entire house, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please note that the basement is off-limits, except in case of emergencies such as plumbing or air conditioning issues. Additionally, there are two storage closets upstairs that are locked and reserved for the owner’s personal belongings.
We have a 24/7 property management company that is available to help the guest with any concerns questions issues or problems. You will also have direct access to the owner in case of emergencies or for some reason the property management company isn't responsive.
A few important notes: The gym is an excellent space for physical fitness; however, please be aware that use is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any injuries that may occur while using the equipment.

The house features central air conditioning, but due to rising energy costs, we kindly ask you to be mindful when using it. We ask that the temperature not be set below 72°F, and please do not operate the air conditioning with windows or doors open. This is not only wasteful but can lead to equipment issues, including the potential for the unit seizing. We appreciate your cooperation in treating the AC as you would in your own home.
