Welcome to single level luxury living in the charming Cummaquid section of Barnstable. Here, you're only an eight-minute drive from sandy Milway Beach on beautiful Barnstable Harbor.

You'll also want to check out nearby Barnstable Village for the shops and activities. Grab a Grilled Veggie and Cheese Panini at the Barnstable Market. Become addicted to the Nirvana Coffee Company. Go on a whale watch cruise or charter a fishing boat and see if you can catch dinner.

Back at the house, you'll love the outdoor living space, including the private, fenced in yard, immense 2,500 sq ft patio and the 16' X 32' X 3.5' deep pool – perfect for laps and Marco Polo! The pool is unheated, but the sun warms the water faster due to the 3.5' depth.

Fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco at the huge table with seating for 8, shaded by either of two large patio umbrellas. When the sun goes down, you'll enjoy the thoughtfully planned ambient outdoor lighting as you gather around the large stone firepit to recount the day's adventures ,

It all starts with the magnificent chef's kitchen with its six gas burner professional range, other topline appliances, big farmer's sink and spacious center island. All stainless and granite, of course. The kitchen is fully equipped with Italian Clad cookware and top quality utensils, lobster pot and serving dishes. There's a Cuisinart Coffee maker as well as a NESPRESSO machine.

The kitchen flows into the dining room with its enormous farmhouse table easily seating 8. From here, the open floorplan flows into the living room with its stylish, comfortable lounge seating, an organic mix of modern and classic design. Walk out from here to the expansive patio and pool area.

Sleeping accommodations are all on one level here, no stairs to climb to reach any of the three bedrooms. The master is a very large and bright room with a big king size bed and ensuite bath with a step-in shower and double sink vanity. The second bedroom is also oversized with a king size bed and smart TV. There's a desk and office chair, should anyone need to work remote, or just check email in a private, comfortable space.

The third bedroom has a pair of sturdy bunkbeds, sleeping four. There are three full baths in all in this house.

The lower level of the house provides a TV room with a 64” TV -- great place for the kids to hang. The garage has a second fridge, a ping pong table and chairs for the beach.

The home is centrally air conditioned, has smart/apple TV and high speed Wi-Fi.
