Everything is new throughout the home. Two bedrooms each with queen beds, master bedroom with king bed, kids bunk bed room and extra king bed in basement, gas fireplace (in living room) and large TVs with HULU Live enabled in each bedroom and living room . The family room also has 2 queen sleeper sofas. Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances- electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. This house includes all the amenities from home- cookware, bakeware, dishes and drip style coffee pot. Full size washer and dryer available for use inside the home. The back door open to a large private backyard with huge patio and area to dine or entertain. Fire pit and charcoal grill available for guests use.
A starter pack is provided for guest- 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom), and 2 trash bags. Dish soap, hand soap and basic cleaning supplies are provided. Should you need more during your stay the closest store is located at the Geneva Giant Eagle grocery store minutes away.
All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries. Taxi and Transportation services available to the Geneva on the Lake Strip and wineries.
