Positive: The space was great. Full use of entire house! They even had an amazing selection of teas to chose from (not sure if it was ok to drink but we did lol) A lot of things to do outside - could have started a fire in the fire pit (but we didn't). Picked some raspberries with the kids on the left side of the house! Would be a great location and house for a summer trip! Beaches and parks right around the corner! Couch in living room turned into a bed which was pretty cool (kid loved it). Plenty of towels and blankets.

Negative: None of the following was stuff we necessarily didn't or mind like, but they might be things others may not like....The place really needs blinds on the windows in the bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs) and/or curtains that aren't see through at nighttime. Couch in living room is cool but there really needs to be a second one that is comfortable. All four of us squeezed on to the comfy one but no one could lay down to watch TV. There is some poison ivy in parts of the raspberry bushes. Maybe have some hand soaps to use in the showers? Not all the electrical switches and/or lights worked in the house- couldn't really figure out what operated the front porch lights so we didn't come home to darkness at night.

Summary: Would love to stay here again in the summertime!
