Walking distance to Lake Aspen (if you're looking for a larger lake with sand beaches, volleyball, swimming, and water sports) and just down the path from the golf course, restaurant & club house. Short drive to the new Charrette Creek Commons recreational complex featuring a pool, lazy river, fitness center, playground and outdoor amphitheater for Saturday night free concerts (May29th - Sept.3). Five minute drive to Big Joel's Safari Petting Zoo or Cedar Lake Cellars. The floor-to-ceiling fireplace will keep you warm in the winter months as you relax in one of THREE recliners and enjoy the views. We are stocked with an assortment of games and kid-friendly items including three Big Joe bean bag loungers, tv with xbox console, yard games, board games, movies and more. You are welcome to use the fishing poles, life jackets, beach chairs & towels, coolers, insulated cups and floating seats kept at the property! Non-shedding pets are considered, additional fees apply if approved.
