Large four bedroom home, three floors of living space, great for large families, multi-generational visitors, or small families looking for room to stretch out!! The first floor features a bathroom with shower and laundry, a bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a family room with fireplace and TV. The second floor, which is the main living floor, has a large dining room with seating for 8+, a sun room which has sliders leading to a deck at the back of the house that has a gas grill. The galley kitchen on the second floor is complete with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and toaster. Also included on the second floor is a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a living room which has sliders out to a deck at the front of the house, a dinette area, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The third floor features two bedrooms - one with three twin sized beds and another with a king sized bed. The house is nicely furnished and is located within a half a mile to a private beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. At the beach is a volleyball net, small playground, picnic tables, grills, and a boat day dock area. I have two kayaks located at the beach which you are welcome to use. While most people drive to the beach to bring their coolers, floats, chairs, etc, , the beach is in walking distance from the house. There is a steep hill, however, going to/from the beach so it is a work-out if you choose to walk home from the beach.
