Uniquely located in a quiet, rural neighborhood, you'll love the convenient access to Downtown Boulder, Denver, Estes Park, and the entire Front Range. Enjoy 3 Bedrooms, with 4 King beds plus all the comforts of home. If you're looking for a place to party, this is not the home for you. If you're looking for peace and quiet, then this home is the perfect gateway to your mountain adventure.
With 3 private bedrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen, this home offers areas where guests can congregate or get some quiet time. Each bedroom features at least one king bed and a closet to store your luggage. The living room has a 65" smart TV and couches that are perfect for lounging, and the dining room features plenty of seating an table space. You'll enjoy all the comforts of home including including ultra high-speed internet, heat and air conditioning in every room, and a washer and dryer.
For the cooks, the kitchen is large and fully-stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and appliances you'll need.
The backyard is huge, fenced in, and offers plenty of space for the kids to play or the adults to kick back on the patio, fire up the grill, and watch the sunset.
You're only a two block walk to the YMCA, restaurants, coffee shop, convenience store, and more - without even having to cross a street.
You'll have sole access to the main floor of the house as well as the second floor during your stay. The owner and property manager lives on the property in separate quarters and may or may not be at the property during your stay. Rest assured, we do not have any shared space - indoors or outdoors. In accordance with VRBO regulations, your rental space is entirely private. I am close by if any need arises, but you'll likely only see me mowing the lawn, shoveling snow, or doing other outdoor property upkeep.
