A 55x30 square foot heated gunite pool & builtin hot tub that seats 10 people. Surrounding the pool area are new bluestone patios mixed with old stone walls to add charm to this elegant outdoor space. Also included outdoor dining under a pergola with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.
The farmhouse has mature trees and plantings with a great lawn that is perfect for a game of soccer or football with the family!

Or just hang by the pool with your favorite drink and a book. You are on a one lane road very lightly traveled and just minutes to Milea Winery and Black Snake brewery to name but a few.
If you feel the need to explore, Rhinebeck is a short drive away and full of great restaurants and the historic Beekman Arms a favorite of George Washington and many Presidents since. There are to many attractions to mention .
