Offering three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king size bed, with ample wardrobe space. Second bedroom has a double bed & the third bedroom has two single beds.
There's a large modern bathroom, complete with free standing egg shape bath, that even has a view!
The open plan kitchen, living & dining, open out onto a large wrap around deck, that can serve as your second living space in the warmer months. The modern kitchen you will no doubt swoon over!
There is ducted central heating throughout the cottage, along with air conditioning in the living area & bedroom two.
There is also a private secure backyard to enjoy. Parking is not a problem with a spacious garage built in character to the original cottage giving you room and convenience. Plus there is parking in the driveway. Two cars can park comfortably nose to tail.
