Direct waterfront home located in the friendly community of Roxbury Pond. The area has great fishing, hunting, ATV and snowmobile trails for year round things to do and see.
One bedroom upstairs has 2 double beds and the other bedroom has 2 queen beds, each, sleeping 8. Master bedroom is located on the lower level. The loft upstairs has an amazing view with two rockers to relax and read. There is a futon in the loft that can sleep an additional 2 people.. The downstairs has a cozy living area and a dining area that has lots of windows that look out to the water.
Fully equipped kitchen, all major appliances including toaster, microwave, blender, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig, food processor, and coffee pot. All dishes, utensils, glassware and pots/ pans are provided. Two bathrooms to help accommodate your larger gatherings. Washer and dryer on site with complimentary laundry soap and dryer sheets. All linens provided, including towels and bedding. Due to Covid 19 concerns, beds will not be made in advance as some renters are preferring to bring their own bedding. Beautiful front deck with amazing water views is a perfect place to read a book, eat dinner on the picnic table or take in an amazing Roxbury sunset.
Outside there is a grill and fire pit with chairs. Take the rock foot path just 6 steps to the sandy beach and step into the water! There is going to be a ramp down to water in the Spring of 2022. Public beach and boat launch 1/4 mile down the road. When you complete the liability waiver, you will have access to the kayak and canoe. Life vests provided. Fishing poles and a small tackle box is available for your use as well as other water toys such as rafts and noodles. Lots of games, cards and books are available for you to use. Pack and play crib, a high chair and two booster seats for your little ones. Short drive to Black Mountain Ski Resort and The Height of the Land. Approximately 40 minutes away from Sunday River Ski Resort.
There is enough room in the driveway to park 2 trucks with trailers and snow machines, side by sides or ATV's. During the winter ice fishing is just steps away! There are lots of ATV and snowmobile trails to explore.
Construction just finished July 3, 2019. Some minor trim work and flooring projects are scheduled to be completed in Fall of 2022 as well as the siding of the home. Spring or Fall of 2022, the landscaping will be completed. (Covid 2020 put us behind on these projects)
