Make the beach your backyard this summer. Our beautiful beach house is at a prime location in Montauk. Located on the beach, it is a short 5 minute walk right into town. Enjoy a wrap around porch with endless views of the ocean, or access the crows nest to watch picture perfect sunsets. A private boardwalk makes you steps away from the beach, or enter the backyard to find a pool. We have 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) and a bathroom on each floor. The main floor has a kitchen, living room, and dining area and an extra den/living area on the ground floor. The house has central AC, cable and wifi, and a grill.
We are looking to rent the house on a monthly basis, but will consider We will not consider renting to groups or large parties. Please call with any questions.
