This custom designed home was recently renovated, newly furnished and tastefully decorated. It has all the comforts and conveniences of home: bedroom A/C units on each floor; GenAir cook top with grill and griddle; double oven; gas & charcoal grills; 4 TVs, including new 36” HD. It’s light and bright with screen porch off the dining area, has nice back yard with a high-end enclosed outdoor shower and an indoor play area with ping pong for kids of all ages! New for 2020 Season, outdoor fire pit!! Enjoy the peace and quiet of the wooded trails through nearby Pah Wah Conservation Area or the John Kendrick Woods. Launch canoes and kayaks from the Town Landing at scenic Pah Wah Pond, and go swimming, fishing, and sunbathing at Conservation Beach on Pleasant Bay. The rear entrance to the house is ramped and there is a first floor bedroom (Queen bed) and a first floor bathroom with a shower however, the doorways and bath do not accommodate a full sized wheel chair. King sized sheets are provided by owner for king bed. There is a single "pull out" sofa in the "king" room as well. Pak-n-Play available. There is an outdoor for your enjoyment as well! This is strictly a NON SMOKING rental. Sorry, no pets, no exceptions. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
