Being right on Long pond! We have a great sandy beach and we enjoy everything from boating to fishing here! We immediately feel at home when we get here and the kids scatter to their favorite parts of the home, as there is so much room to spread out! We have made so many great memories here and we hope you do as well.
The main floor of the home boasts the master bedroom with a King bed, TV, and an en suite bath with a large soaking tub, shower, and double vanity. There is a spacious living room that is open to the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area that is great for family gatherings. The family room has comfy furniture and a flat screen TV as well as sliders out to the large deck. There is a washer and dryer on this floor for your convenience as well as a half bath.
A separate staircase will lead you to the 2nd bedroom above the garage. There is a Queen bed & 2 Twin beds, TV, and a private bath; perfect for a nanny or the in-laws.
At the main entry of the home, there is a grand staircase. Head to the second floor to find a loft offering a nice work space with a desk to WFH or Remote Learn. Bring your laptop and enjoy this private area with a TV. There are also two spacious bedrooms on this level, one with a King bed and TV, the other with 2 Twins. There is a full bathroom with a shower off of the hallway on this floor as well.
On the lower level you will find the walk-out basement offering a second family room with a flat screen TV and game table. Also located on the lower level is the 5th bedroom with 2 Twins, a full bath with a shower. Easy access to the backyard through the sliders, perfect for a game of whiffle ball, badminton, or croquet.
Like to barbeque? Enjoy the deck with outdoor dining, a gas grill, and even an awning to give you shade as the sun sets. There are lounge chairs and plenty of space to spread out and find a good spot to read a good book or stretch out and catch some rays.
Deeded access at the end of the cul-de-sac leads you to the small sandy beach area for swimming. Up for an adventure? You are welcome to use the two stand up paddle boards and 2 kayaks (at your own risk).There is also a private dock; grab a fishing pole from the garage, cast the line, and spend the day kicking back and enjoying the summer sunshine. At the end of the day make sure to use the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water – a true Cape Cod tradition.
Have a boat? Bring it along! The circular driveway is plenty big enough for your boat and trailer (up to 22 feet). There is a public beach and boat ramp just down the street at the Long Pond Beach area (you can pick people up at the dock but the boat cannot be moored or tied up to it except for loading and unloading guests).
