Black Bear Cabin is a newly renovated chalet in Bartlett NH, inspired by organic modern design and woodsy cabin feels. The perfect blend of luxury and cozy. Conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown N. Conway, 1 minute from Story Land and Living Shores Aquarium and a short drive to multiple ski resorts and national forest. Our location gives us the best vantage point for any stay, any season.

Our cabin has three spacious levels able to accommodate your entire group comfortably. We have just completed it and this is the first time it will be rented!
Walking directly into the house you’ll be greeted by gorgeous herringbone brick flooring we designed to withstand the elements of NH. This main floor you will find the laundry room and first full bathroom. Guests will have access to the washer and dryer throughout your stay. The first full bathroom is one of our favorite parts of the house. We’re proud of how unique it is and the experience it offers. The ceilings reach close to 10 feet which we took advantage of by adding a rain shower, creating a spa like experience. We feel this is a must do while staying here!
Up a short flight of stairs, the upper level is open and abundant with seating for comfortable gathering and time spent with your group. The large kitchen and connecting bar space, overlooks two seating areas, including the living room and reading nook. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, plates, bowls, coffee machine and the best ice from the freezer! The couch is perfectly situated next to the gorgeous fireplace, creating perfect cozy ambiance. While sitting by the fire, guests can watch TV on a 55” smart TV, conveniently mounted on the wall with the ability to swivel and gain vantage points from any spot in the room. Also included in this main living area is a large spacious dining table. Off of the living space is a large deck and screened in sun room!
The downstairs level is where you will find 3 bedrooms and the second full bathroom. Bedroom one holds a large king bed, walk in closet and plenty of room to unpack and spread out comfortably! Bedroom two has two comfortable queen beds, a large closet and door connecting to the full bath. The second full bath has a shower/tub combination with handle head as well. Lastly is a quaint cute room, holding twin bunk beds. This room is adorable and provides an exciting experience for kids.
Parking is spacious for 3 cars to easily access. We do recommend 4 wheel drive in winter months as there are steeper hills getting to the home! Upon arrival there is ample parking for 3 cars - It's monitored by security cameras to ensure safety as well!
