Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of other small appliances provided including a coffee maker, a toaster, a crockpot, a gridle, and more.

Large, fenced backyard and cozy front porch for gatherings. The front porch is equipped with a swing, chairs and gas firepit. The backyard has a small wood fire-pit. Marlinton is close to the Snowshoe resort which offers winter sports, summer sports and events as well.
The house is within walking distance to the Greenbrier River and the Greenbrier River bike Trail.
