It is the 1st floor of a duplex. Property has sperate entrances for top and bottom floor to ensure privacy of guests. Renters will have access to dock 2 kayaks 1 bicycle and a boogie board for beach and bay fun. Guests are also able to fish and crab right from dock in back yard. House is 5 min drive from seaside heights, 5 min from catus Island and 10 min from island beach state park. There are outdoor picnic tables charcoal barbeque and small fire place for outside dining and relaxing. House has wifi/ tv with cable and access to Netflix and other streaming networks. Also a few board games provided. The house is professionally cleaned between guests we do not charge a cleaning fee but leaving a tip for them is appreciated. We do ask that you keep the place broom cleaned condition when you leave or an extra charge may be applicable. Guest will also be responsible for any damages caused to the property during stay.
