Enjoy the screened in porch overlooking Seneca Lake and relax enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of local Finger Lakes wine. The private front yard is yours to enjoy with your own fire pit overlooking the water from above. There are lawn chairs and firewood available for your use. Off the screened in porch, step out to the side deck where you can BBQ your favorite foods on the new gas grill.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials including a full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, two coffee makers (drip and french press), crock pot, food processor, blender and lake friendly dishes.
