Summary: The heat in the room didn't really work. I had it up to 74 the whole night and it only turned on every once in a while and blew out normal temp air. It didn't actually warm up the room. It also took the receptionist almost 10 minutes to come to the front desk for me to check in. There were issues with the cards for the rooms. One guy came back three times with a card not working while I was checking in and then mine didn't work when I went to my room. The breakfast was also less than expected. I don't think they refilled anything so when it was out it was out. I got there around 830 am and there were two types of bread with butter and cereal.
