The accommodation
It is a contemporary Basque-inspired house with half-timbering and stone wall, designed by an architect from the region. Set on a flat plot of 1,600 m2, with a terrace of 80 m2 and an automated heated swimming pool facing South with security shutter (9 x 4 m). The bonus of the garden is its pediment (wall on the left) of 14 x 5 m where young and old can play the ball!! Ping-pong table available.
The house is very bright thanks to its large bay windows and its South-East and South-West exposure. You will enjoy beautiful sunsets. It is composed of a large living space of 90 m2 (living room, open kitchen and dining room) with direct access to the terrace.
