The open Living Areas are on the sunny second floor, which has a large wraparound deck. A wall of glass windows and doors frames the open space with its vaulted ceiling, skylights, and all-new coastal furnishings. There is sofa seating, fireplace, and large screen TV. The south-facing glass windows and sliding doors continue on around the Dining Area, which opens to both the deck and the Gourmet Kitchen. The Kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops and stainless appliances. A Family Room and half bath round out the second floor.
The three Bedrooms are downstairs. The Primary Bedroom has an en suite private bath, and a sliding door to the lower-level deck. The other two bedrooms share a full bath with tub and shower. New mini-split air conditioning has also been added to the lower level.
The house is set back off a quiet road, with South Beach less than a mile away. A new outdoor hot tub has been added. It features 90 jets and seats up to seven people. There is also a new fire pit area with four Adirondack chairs.
HOT TUB NOTE: Hot Tub temperature is 104 degrees and included in the rent for July and August. There may be additional heat surcharges at other times. Please inquire. The hot tub is serviced weekly.
