Built in 1928 this charming home is located just 1.5 miles from downtown Rochester and the Mayo Clinic. This beautiful home is our summer home, that means you can rest assured that you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. This home is perfect for a couple traveling with children. The second room has a crib with brand new mattress and a single bed. Cleanliness is of upmost importance to us! We want you to feel comfortable.
We stay at other rental properties often so we know how frustrating it is to find kitchens with 1 pan and 1 knife or just 2 towels. You won't need to worry about that when you stay with us. Our goal is to make sure you're comfortable while in our home so we try to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay whether it's just one night or a few weeks.
You'll have access to the garage if you'd like. There is also one spot in the driveway and you can park in the street if you'd like.
We both work from home during the summers so the wifi is very fast. We don't have cable but we have a smart TV and a chromecast so you can log into any of your streaming services or cast from your phone or computer.
