You'll have access to all rooms you see and more. There is a home office for you to work in or you can convert to a 4th bedroom by use of the queen size air mattress that will be left for you. You will also have access to the outdoor deck. There is plenty of on street parking as well as a driveway which accommodates one car. On-street non permitted parking is directly in front of the house. You will also have access to the laundry room. The house is truly a great place to stay on work travel, vacation etc.
Guests will not have access to the basement/attic which is a completely separate space. Owner sometimes uses - upon business travel, this will not impact your stay or your privacy.
