It sits on an 8 acre lot in a lovely rural setting on a scenic Lane. Flooded with natural light during the day, and as evening approaches, there are beautiful sunsets to enjoy. Located only 1.5 miles to the Village of Bethlehem, it is conveniently located to many amenities.
The space
This home offers all the modern comforts. The first floor features a large, bright country kitchen with all new appliances, dining for 10, cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware, a pantry with basic staples and an abundance of storage space. An adjacent mudroom offers storage, ample hooks for hanging, while the laundry room has a full washer/dryer.
There are multiple seating areas with comfortable furnishings, and a remote gas fireplace for chilly evenings. A separate private living space with 36” TV with Roku and DVD player, great as a teen hangout, play area for younger children or a private fourth bedroom (blackout cellular shades on windows). The main living area has a 36” Smart TV with an HDML cable for streaming, DVD player, DVD’s and continuous WiFi throughout.
The second floor rooms have new baseboard heaters and bedrooms have blackout cellular shades. All bed linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels and bath accessories are new. The first and second floor each have their own zone and thermostat for optimum temperature control and comfort.
There is paved parking to accommodate up to seven vehicles.
