1.Trash Disposal: Please dispose of all trash in the dumpsters at the end of your stay. A $50 disposal fee will be charged for any trash left in the unit.
2.Parking: Only one vehicle per unit is allowed in the designated parking area. Do not park on grass or walkways. Additional vehicles must use the overflow parking lots. Illegally parked vehicles will incur a $200 fine per vehicle, per incident. Any fines imposed by the HOA will be charged to the tenant.
3.Pets and Smoking: No pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit.
4.Inspections and Damages: All units will be inspected upon departure for any misuse or damages.
5.Outdoor Fire Pits: Outdoor fire pits are not permitted as per the condominium HOA regulations.
6.Poolhouse Access: Each unit is issued poolhouse access key cards. Cards must be returned at the end of the rental. Lost cards will incur charge per card.
