The condo has a full eat-in kitchen as well as a 150 sq ft 3-season screened-in rear porch that is perfect for eating crabs. The unit has a spacious master bedroom with private 1/2 bath. The 2nd bedroom features 2 twin bunk beds (sleeps 4). A full bathroom is nearby. 2 unassigned parking spots are conveniently located in the parking lot out front.
An added bonus at this location is you can enjoy watching the sunrise over Lighthouse Cove. The unit is less than a mile walk or bike ride to the ocean. A marina is just steps away where you can rent slips (current wait list) and fabulous Harpoon Hannah's Restaurant and Tiki Bar are right next-door.
