You will have this three-bedroom home all to yourself: in addition to the new kitchen, unit has large, comfortable bedrooms, a stylish living room, two brand new bathrooms, a big TV room with a home theater system and a full dining room. Reliable gigabit high-speed fiber internet with plenty of bandwidth for all the streaming or Zoom meetings you want.
The TV room has a comfortable Italian leather sofa with a 55” TV and 7.1 surround sound home theater system.
All the bedrooms have big screen TVs. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and HBO streaming services are all included. A Sonos system provides music in all the common spaces and the living room features a high-end audio system if you want to get serious about listening.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, an island with stools to enjoy breakfast or lunch, a breakfast nook with picture windows and booth seating, an induction cooktop, a convection oven and so many ways to make coffee. (Seriously, if you really like coffee you can make it a different way every morning.) Just off the kitchen is a small deck with a gas grill and the hot tub.
The two bathrooms are recently renovated with a new large shower upstairs and a beautiful deep tub and shower downstairs.
Guests also have access to a washer and dryer conveniently located next to the 2 upstairs bedrooms. A Level 2 electric vehicle charging station available upon request for EV owners.
The home is 5 minutes from downtown and the airport. Whole Foods is also just a short drive away--as is Trader Joe's and other local supermarkets. And of course Portland has world class restaurants.
We own this two-family house, and you will be staying in the unit that is our home, which consists of the top two floors. (Our downstairs year-round tenant has a separate entrance.) You'll have access to everything except our bedroom/bathroom and study, which will be locked. One of your bedrooms has a king and the other two have queens.
