This four bedroom,3.5 bath townhouse is centrally located on the Wildwood island. The Wildwood Square Condominiums are Wildwood's only gated community. This super-sized townhouse offers all the amenities that you expect, with the convenience of the beach and boardwalk just three short blocks away. When you walk up to the boardwalk from here, you will be in the middle of everything that you want to do and see. The townhouse complex offers a very large heated pool surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and walkways. Very pretty.
This three story Townhome features a ground level main entrance, a bedroom with queen sized bed and an HDTV, as well as a full bathroom on the bottom level. The two car garage is accessed from this hallway too.
Go up one flight of stairs to the "open concept" second floor great room (living area/kitchen/dining area), which also contains a 1/2 bath and access to the large main living level balcony. The well equipped kitchen has all the appliances and amenities that you would want, as well as counter top seating for 4. The dining area seats eight and adjoins the open living room with a queen futon sleeper sofa and a big screen HDTV.
There are three private balconies here. Both the living room and master bedroom have large balconies with furniture that overlook the pool and the well manicured grounds. They are the perfect places for your morning coffee or your late night cocktails. There is a third smaller balcony off of the 2nd "queen" bedroom on the top floor. Plenty of private outdoor space!
On the top floor of this townhouse, you will find the extra large master bedroom suite with its own full private bath, its own private balcony, and an HDTV. There are two more bedrooms on this level - one with a queen bed, HDTV, and its own balcony too, and the last one has two sets of twin-twin bunks with yet another HDTV too of course! There are five separate HDTVs here in all - one in the main living level and one in every bedroom. Enjoy the amenities here that you enjoy at home! The third full bath (with shower-over-tub) is located on this top "bedroom" floor off of the hallway.
The townhouse was purchased by its new owner just last year, and will include many new things and upgrades. He is improving on it every day! If you like what you see now, you will like it even better when you arrive. High speed wireless internet access is available in-unit too.
