Summary: The cleaning lady was very stingy with towels. Three adults in the room towels only for two. When asked for more she gave attitude. When we needed them changed out because I had surgery and needed sanitary towels daily she was grumpy and gave attitude. Had to ask for garbages to be emptied and had to sanitize daily ourselves. Needed vacuuming on day three but got refused because it wasn't on her list!
