Our charming and comfortable cottage is tucked away but just a ten minute walk to the village, ferry landing and beaches! Situated in a quiet neighborhood, our cozy, year-round home offers 3 bedrooms on the second floor to sleep 4 and 1 1/2 baths. The large, screened-in porch provides an additional dining area and opens to a private-feeling rear deck with a gas grill, more seating and a nice sized yard. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and dishwasher. Unwind in the sun room that includes a futon and lots of morning sun.
