Congrats you found it! The home everyone is looking for... Plenty of space, multiple sleeping spaces, private heated pool... welcome to 4 Firefly Lane! Featuring 5 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (plus an amazing outdoor shower) the home can sleep up to 13 people in beds.
As you approach the home, a large gracious driveway, expansive front lawn and an oversized covered front porch greet you. The main floor of the home has the updated kitchen, dining area and a living room w/ sectional couch and a smart TV. Also on the main floor you will find a half bathroom, sunroom with additional seating and a den w/ a pull out sofa sleeper and smart TV. The second floor has three bedrooms. There are two guest rooms (one w/ a queen bed and one w/ 2 queen beds) that share a hallway guest bath with a glass enclosed shower. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a balcony overlooking the pool and an ensuite full bathroom with a glass enclosed shower.
Now for something really cool... the home has its own Bunk House w/ 2 more additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 3 singles beds. Please note: the Bunk House does not have a bathroom and there is no door separating the two bedrooms.
Saving the best for last, there is a heated pool in the backyard with multiple seating and lounging areas and a great outdoor shower. The decks of the main home have sun awnings, additional dining and seating areas and a gas grill. The pool is professionally maintained weekly for tenants. Tons of lawn space features plenty of room for games.
The main home has ductless AC on the first floor and window AC units in the second floor bedrooms. The Bunk House has a wall mounted ductless AC unit in the bedroom w/ 3 singles. Sat. to Sat 7 night minimum rentals during the peak season. 4 night stays at a reduced rate are available in the shoulder seasons. No pets, please. All linens and towels included. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
