Summary: We are snowbirds and for a number of winters, we have selected a long-term condo stay from VRBO offerings. This is by far the very best experience we have had out of them all! We really have not one single complaint or thing we would change. The owners are wonderful to work with! The place is comfortable and immaculate/squeaky clean. The back patio is lovely also, and it almost feels like a park. The flowering plants, cacti, birds, and palm trees make for a beautiful setting for the condos. This unit is just a few steps from the pool which is actually and truly heated in the winter time so we went often. The pool is well-kept and the whole complex is tidy, inviting, and quiet. Covered parking is available and is close to the condo. The furniture is all comfortable, including the bed. Everything you could possibly want is stocked in the kitchen, bathroom closet, hall closet, handyman cupboard, and desk with a nicely functioning computer and printer. The large TV works well in the living room, and there are many media options stashed away (videos, etc.). There's even a fireplace in the living room. A second TV is in the bedroom. There's also a locked cabinet which serves as a safe. Bikes are available with nearby paths and parks. The location is handy to the 101 and numerous restaurants. Price is right. What's not to love about this utopia? Thanks to the Campbells for sharing your beautiful happy place! It was a wonderful three months for us!
