This two story home is nestled right outside of the busy town. Just a short drive to all shopping, restaurants, and events. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a large deck overlooking the water, you will feel peace and comfort. Jump in the hot tub for some R&R on the water.
Recommended to purchase the trip insurance through VRBO
No more than 10 people on the premises at any given time, without written consent from the owner / manager or else the damage deposit will be lost.

We are excited to host you and your group.
We wanted to go over the house rules with you so we are al clear and on the same page.
Don’t lose your deposit!!! – Follow the Rules!
• Respect our house and our neighborhood please.
• Quiet time:
o 9 PM to 9 AM
• No music playing outside
• No parties
• No events
• No smoking on the premises – inside or outside of the home
• No parking on the street
• No parking on the lawn
• No more than 10 people at any time on the premise daytime or nighttime.
• If there are any more than five people, there will be an additional charge of $100 per person per day. Even if they come and just visit, you will be charged an additional resort fee.
• Additional fee for pets in $400 per pet – owner must approve this before check in
• No more than two pets without written consent from the owner
• Plumbing:
o Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. All of the toilets and plumbing have been checked before each guest checks in so if the toilet or showers get clogged, you will be responsible to call Roto-Rooter and have them come and fix it at tenants cost.
If any of these house rules are not followed you will lose your deposit and be asked to leave the premises. You will be charged accordingly for additional people, pets or damages.
Check in time 4 PM – Check out time 10:30 AM
** There will be an additional $200 per hour if you are not checked out at the proper time or it will be prorated every 15 minutes. Early check in and late check out must be approved prior to check in. **
We ask you to please strip all the beds that were used and put all the linens and towels in the laundry room and start one load of towels.
We ask you to please leave the house how you found it. If you use something replace it. Please take all trash and food and remove it and put it in the garbage on the side of the house.
