Venture into the heart of Dennis, where a spectacular ocean estate sits with sea breezes blowing and water views circle the property. The only thing you will have this vacation is Time to Relax.
Throughout this fully furnished 5 year old house we’d like to dive into each room to highlight the features of them so you can enjoy a magical vacation on cape cod.
1st Floor
Kitchen/Living Room/Dining Room
This area is on the 1st floor where you will spend most of your time. Our quartz countertop kitchen is very spacious with a large 4 seat island and wet bar off to the side. The kitchen is tied to 2 dining rooms where we have an 8 seat table and a 4 seat table for large families to wine & dine. The living room is made up of nice white sofas and chairs along with a 55” Flat screen Cable TV and built in speakers to enjoy music all throughout the 1st floor.
Master Bedroom 1
The only bedroom on the 1st floor is located off the living room and office where we have a King Size Bed, walk in closet and full bath with double headed shower and bench to wash yourself off after a long beach day. This room also has a TV with Cable.
Office
Nice Office desk with plenty of room to work and enjoy the breeze coming in from the front porch windows.

Located off the kitchen and has a shower
Laundry Room
Washer & Dryer accessible to all renters and extra linens & Beach & Bath towels are for free to use.
4 Season Porch
Located off the living room & back of the house which faces the bass river and west dennis sand bar. Great area to have breakfast or coffee in or watch the sunsets over bass river while playing cards or listening to the birds chirp.
Back Porch
Has a gas grill & Propane Lobster Pot that is great for barbecuing or cooking clambakes for your entire party.
2nd Floor
3 Bedrooms
All 3 bedrooms are fully furnished with queen size bedrooms and full baths. 1 Bathroom has a tubs and the other 2 bathrooms have showers. These bedrooms are great for privacy and rolling out blowup mattresses or pack’n Plays for kids to sleep. We have a Crib and mattress that can be used for any you children.
Sitting Room
This sitting room has a pull out couch and coffee table that is great to escape the noice of the 1st floor and sit and relax while you enjoy your vacation.
3rd Floor
If you’re looking for privacy on your vacation, head up to the third floor, where the Full size pull-out sofa anchors this suite, with a wet bar, beverage fridge & en suite half bathroom. The views of the ocean may be the best in the house from the exterior balcony that has 2 Wicker Lounge Chairs and plenty of space to fit 6 people to enjoy coffee or look out at the ocean views. Great room to have happy hour in and enjoy the breeze from every angle of the room.
Room Above Garage
The classic beach house room with 3 Full Size Beds and a Full Size bunk bed where 5 or 6 kids can sleep or a full family can escape to.
The features of this home continue outside, with an amazing farmers porch with Adirondack chairs, and pristine grass yard await your yard games and summer cocktails. Great spot to enjoy the sunlight while you watch your family make Cape Cod memories that will last a lifetime.
