We welcome you to stay at our newly renovated home away from home! This 5 BR 4.5 BA townhouse has everything you will need for a large group retreat. The house backs up the driving range and located right next to the clubhouse and amazing restaurant, The Den. You and your guests will enjoy so many amenities: Jack Nicklaus 27-hole golf course, indoor and outdoor pools, gym and even a shuttle to Bethany Beach! We have included items needed for the little ones in the group too (toys, books, potties, pack-n-play, stroller, booster seat, etc.).
Linens are provided, along with beach chairs, coolers and more. Please bring your own beach towels.

Amenities: Per Bear Trap Dunes HOA; Weekly passes must be purchased by all guests 4 year and older. These passes cover the use of the pools, fitness facilities, tennis, playgrounds and seasonal shuttle.
*Only need to purchase passes if using simultaneously.

Summer Season: $65 weekly/per person
Off-season: $45 weekly/per person
Off-season: $35 3-Day/per person
7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday rentals June - August. All other months are a 3 night minimum
Per the Town of Ocean View, the 5 bedrooms at the property allows for no more than 5 cars on premise. Please use the parking in front of garage first.
