Imagine unwinding at the Jersey Shore in a charming two-bedroom, one-bath cottage just seven houses from the beach and two blocks from the bay! Located in the family-friendly, private community of Ocean Beach III in Lavallette, NJ, our cottage is the perfect escape for you.
It is a short stroll away from local restaurants, parks, playgrounds, a serene bay beach, an ice cream parlor, coffee shops, and unique boutique stores. Whether you’re here for a peaceful getaway or some family fun, you’ll have plenty of options within easy reach!
Please Note:
Linens, pillows, towels, and beach towels are not provided at this time. For convenience, guests may contact Jersey Shore Laundry in Lavallette for linen rentals. They offer in-store pickup/drop-off and delivery.
Weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday) are accepted during the summer months.
Beach badges are needed starting on Saturday, June 14, 2025 through Labor Day. Please observe the following:
Beach badges are sold separately at the Ocean Beach & Bay Club Office.
As a renter, you’ll be considered a temporary member, giving you access to all club facilities.
Beach Badge Requirements:
Renters must purchase a pack of 8 weekly badges for $175; additional badges are $40 each.

Badges are required for anyone 12 years and older.
Daily wristbands are available for $20 and can be purchased from badge checkers at the beach walkways.
Everyone must wear a badge when using any club facilities, including the ocean and bay beaches. Badges are also required for clubhouse activities.
Weekly badges can be ordered in advance by downloading the Beach Badge Application from the Ocean Beach 3 administration office, also available at 3305 Heron Lane, Lavallette, NJ.

Climate Control: Sensibo devices are connected to the A/C and heater mini splits to monitor air quality and adjust temperature when the cottage is vacant. Please use the wall-mounted remote controls for your preferred settings.
Security Features: For your safety, the property has a Ring doorbell at the front entrance and a Ring spotlight camera on the back patio. Motion alerts are turned off during your stay. No devices are located in private, sleeping, or concealed spaces, as per local laws.
