The space
Our home is located across the street from the beach access. As you approach the property, you'll be greeted by the charming front covered porch, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the gentle bay breeze.
On the first floor, step inside you will be greeted by the living room, with a cozy fireplace to use in the colder months. The kitchen is equipped for your cooking needs. There is also a full bathroom, as well as laundry room on the first floor.
The second floor features the primary bedroom suite with a king size bed and spacious en suite bathroom. The primary suite offers access to your private second-floor deck, where you can soak in the sights and sounds of the water. There is also a queen size bedroom with another full bathroom with tub on the second floor. The third bedroom on this floor has two twin size beds.
On the third floor, another additional queen bedroom and half bathroom await, providing a peaceful retreat for guests or family members seeking privacy.
PLEASE READ!! Ceiling height is lower on the third floor, at approximately 6.5 feet. We recommend taller renters to use the second floor bedrooms.
Step outside to discover your own private oasis, complete with an in-ground pool surrounded by a fenced-in yard complete with an outdoor entertaining area. There is a BBQ grill as well as fire table for endless summer fun.
Pool is NOT heated and is closed from October to end of April.

There is space for one car to park in driveway. Complimentary street parking is also available in front of the house.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: bring your own linens, sheets, pillow cases, toiletries, towels, and beach towels. You can also rent linens from local companies that will deliver to the house prior to arrival. Owner provides pillows and blankets. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Starter pack of dishwasher and laundry pods, and trash bags are also provided.
Smart TVs at the house. Sign in with your account to view. The Roku TVs also have a Live TV lineup.
You will be asked to sign a Pool Waiver form prior to checking in. If the form is not signed and returned to owner prior to check in, you will not be able to use the pool for liability reasons.
NO PARTIES or large gatherings permitted. We have wonderful neighbors who live full time in Villas. Please be respectful of noise levels. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM.
NO commercial filming or photography allowed. Guests should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit.
