We have a small beach at the end of our block and a heated pool and are a five min car ride or 10-15 min bike ride from town. The house is perfect for one or two families with the following set up:
Downstairs: Kitchen; Living room; Dining nook (seats 6); Bedroom w/queen bed; full bathroom; screened in porch w love seat
Upstairs: Bedroom (Queen bed); Bedroom (bunk bed and twin bed w/ trundle - sleeps 4); Bedroom (2 twin beds - can be put together for a king); full bath; laundry
Outside: 1/2 acre private yard with heated pool, bbq, etc.
We're close to wineries, farms, the beach, mini golf, town, restaurants and the ferry.
Note: Pool and hot tub are closed up for the colder season (Oct - May)
