Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community managed by the HOA. In addition to your reservation fees through VRBO, etc you must pay the following fees:
1. Temporary Membership (age 6 and over):
⇢ In-season (May 23. 2025 through September 1, 2025 bookings): $8.50 per night/per person or $42.50 per week/per person
⇢ Off-season: $2.00 daily per night/per person
2. Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
3. Transaction Fee per Rental: $20
FOR EXAMPLE: If you have 4 guests over 6 years old, staying for 2 nights IN-SEASON, and bringing 2 vehicles, the cost would be:
1. Temporary Membership: $68
2. Gate Card Fee: $40

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If we find an unauthorized pet in the house, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500, and in some cases, it can be up to $1,000.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/FIREWORKS ★
Please treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
Quiet hours for the property are between 10 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Wristbands grant you access to community amenities.
You may enter the community on the day of arrival at any time to use the amenities, but the house will not be available until 4pm. Wristbands must be worn while using any community amenities.
Please note that this house is equipped with 24-hour recording cameras focused on the exterior of the property for security purposes.
Renters are prohibited from using permanent member identification. Please ensure you purchase your temporary membership during registration which you will receive upon arrival at the Welcome Center to experience all that Arrowhead has to offer!
We care about maintaining positive relationships with our community, and we appreciate you being mindful of noise during your stay. We use NoiseAware, a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
Other Things To Note:
✷ House has two driveways so you will have enough parking for 4 cars. All amenities locations come with parking spaces.
✷ Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home but outside is OK and a receptacle is provided on the deck and in the driveway. If there is evidence of smoking inside the home there will be charges incurred anywhere from $100-$500 depending on if there is damage.
✷ Check-out is promptly at 10am.
✷ There will be a late check-out charge incurred of $150 for each hour past the 10am check-out time.
✷ A hot tub fee of $100 if upon check out, jacuzzi water turns cloudy/muddy/sandy/residue floating. Extra cleaning services beyond routine cleaning will also be deducted from the security deposit depending on how long our crew takes to clean.
✷ Take all trash to the trash depot. Charges will be incurred if trash is left in the home.
✷ We require guests to be 23 years of age to rent and stay in the cabin. We reserve the right to see a government-issued ID.
✷ Major holidays such as MLK, President's Day, Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day require a 3-night minimum stay.
✷ Any fines or fees incurred from the township and/or the HOA during your stay will be the Guests responsibility.
✷ No worries about bed sheets/linens as they are provided! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts.
✷ 1 towel per guest is provided as well as 2 kitchen towels and 2 hand towels (1 per bathroom).
✷ Beach towels and hot tub towels/bathrobes are NOT provided. BYOT
