The LIRR is 5 blocks from my home. The LIRR takes approximately 20 minutes to get into Manhattan.
The bus route is down the block from my home very accessible
There is parking in the neighborhood. If there is a problem finding parking, we can always work things out. I’m the corner house. No parties or get together or gatherings allowed
Please take trash out when you leave. Empty out refrigerator, Garbage is located on side of house.
