From NYC by train 40 minutes, and walking from my apartment to the train only 7 minutes, coming back is uphill so it takes longer.
Our apartments are completely renovated, a new kitchen, and a new bath, also most of furnished are brand new and separate entrance my apartments located on 2nd Floor at my house.
You can reach from parking lot ( can accommodate 3 cars ) directly, a stairways
cover by an awning.
Entrance hall has 2 closets, a washer and a dryer in the larger closet.
Also entrance hall divided 2 one bedrooms.
Each One bedroom apprximatly 750 SQ ft (included entrance hall - common space), has a bathroom, a kitchen.
This one bedroom faces south and east, sun filled room,
This room is additional to my house, build from scratch, so everyting new.
( except bedroom.) .
In the bathroom, our toilet has a washlet, that wash, dry you, and heated seat.
