1. What linens are included? - We provide all linens for the beds, including 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per bedroom.
2. What household supplies are provided? - We provide shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also included. In the kitchen you will also find paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap.
3. What does the kitchen include? - The kitchen includes everything you would expect in a fully equipped home kitchen, including:

• Various sizes of pots and pans + utensils.

We also have a Keurig coffee machine.
4. Do you allow pets? - Yes, we do have a pet fee of $100 per stay. We allow up to 2 pets per reservation but the second pet has an extra fee of $50 (In total $150 in case you bring 2 pets) . Please send us a message right before or right after you book, so we can coordinate it.
5. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must check out no later than 11:00 AM. If you need to check in super late that is not a problem, just follow the self-check-in instructions. Because the home uses self check-in, you may arrive anytime after 4:00 PM.
6. Is early check-in possible? - You can check with us. If we have the day before available, we can block it for you and offer early check-in for 50% of the daily rate.
7. What type of unit is this one? - You are booking Unit #2 of the house. This unit features 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, and the entire unit is reserved exclusively for your group.
8. How many bathrooms are in the home? - The house has 2 full bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs.
9. How fast is the internet? - Our download speed is as fast as 400 Mbps. The service is very reliable and the wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues.
10. Do you offer laundry? - Yes, you can use the laundry machines that are located in the laundry room.
11. How does parking work? - There is free street parking nearby, but guests must follow posted street signs.
