Your mountain escapade awaits at this spectacular 2,478-square-foot, well-maintained home. It's simply perfect for large families and groups looking for a breezy and comfortable place to stay. Enjoy a wonderful location within a half mile of the Campton Mountain Ski Area and near scenic trails, including Smarts Brook Trailhead, (six miles) and Welch-Dickey Trailhead (eight miles). Visit the Dam Brewhouse (two miles away), which was voted the #2 best brewery in the state! There are many other ski areas within a short drive! Take the hiking equipment provided out into the mountains and enjoy the gorgeous nature trails. The hiking equipment includes six backpacks, six hiking spikes for your shoes, and six hiking mugs. Guests will also have access to the Waterville Community Center for access to indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a pond, restaurant and bar.
Delight yourself with picture-perfect four-season views that abound in this vast home with endless room for the entire family. The living room provides a great spot to admire the views while enjoying the comfort of home and the warmth of the gas fireplace. Curl up near the fire with your favorite blanket and stream the series or movie of your choice on the smart TV with streaming and cable services.
