We have a spacious 3bd, 1.5 bath home with a loft that is located on a picturesque hilltop overlooking Barton mountain and the town of Barton. Located on a 100-acre small horse farm there are plenty of paths and fields to meander through. The house has a large living room with a pool table. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, the two smaller bedrooms that are connected have full beds and there is a loft with a half bath and a pull out sofa that turns into a queen.
There is also a large deck, fire pit, and bbq. Located on the Vast snowmobile trail as well as less than a half an hour from both Jay and Burke mountains we are ideally located for all winter activities. For fall viewing our vistas are beautiful, In the summer we have multiple lakes as well as mountain biking and kayaking. The best of the kingdom is at your fingertips.

1-Pets have to be on leashes when in the property for their safety.
2-No one is allowed in horse pasture for their safety.
3- Our area is in a drought so the fields are very dry so please no smoking and leaving cigarette butts anywhere on the property they can cause serious fire damage.
4-The deck is a platform deck (no railings) if you chose to use it we are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
5-There are no mechanical equipment/ transportation in/driving on the fields.
6- There is a trampoline on the property. Trampolines can be dangerous and cause injury. If you chose to use it we are not liable for any accident or injury.
