3 Bedroom House in Remsen
This newly remodeled rental is unique in that it is actually 2 different units that is rented as one. One unit has 2 bedrooms, the other has 1 bedroom. Each unit has its own fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom and a deck. There is a door that can be closed between the two units for privacy. This makes it very nice when traveling with other couples/families. It is located on Route 365 across from the boat launch. There is a boat mooring for this rental at the boat launch. Each bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a fold out sofa/ futon in the living room, if needed. *****The beds with have a fitted sheet and pillows on them, unless the linen package is purchased (additional $100).
There is an outdoor hot tub on the lakeside porch of the two bedroom unit.
There is a backyard with a sitting area and firepit for campfires.
Close to Holland Patent, Barneveld, Trenton, Prospect, Steuben, and Poland.
We rent this unit on a weekly basis from Monday- Monday. If you want less days, you can inquire if we are able to rent it on just those specific dates and we can get back to you.
If you are a snowmobiler and are looking for snowmobile trail info, there are 2 snowmobile clubs with great trails very close to this property. You can find information on them on Facebook or on their websites.
